We only support typical letters and symbols found on an English keyboard, please do not include accented letters, special symbols or emojis.

Delivery
Standard delivery is charged at £3.95 per order, expedited methods are also available on selected orders, all orders are sent on a tracked delivery service. Free delivery on all greeting cards.
Non-personalised products are usually dispatched the same working day if ordered before 1pm. Most personalised products are dispatched within 1-3 working days, with selected products taking 3-5 days.

Returns
Products that are NOT personalised or made to order can be returned within 30 days of receiving the goods. Personalised and made to order products cannot be returned. Any product received faulty, damaged or incorrect will be replaced or refunded.
