We only support typical letters and symbols found on an English keyboard, please do not include accented letters, special symbols or emojis.
Many of our personalised products have a feature to preview your design, simply add your personalisation and click the preview button (if applicable).

Standard delivery is charged at £2.95 per order, expedited methods are also available on selected orders, all orders are sent on a tracked delivery service.
Free delivery on all personalised greeting cards and orders over £50.
Non-personalised products are usually dispatched the same working day if ordered before 1pm. Most personalised products are dispatched within 48hrs.

Products that are NOT custom (personalised) or made to order (collectables) can be returned within 30 days of receiving the goods. Personalised and made to order products cannot be returned.
Any product received faulty, damaged or incorrect will be replaced or refunded.

Each plaque can be customised with a heartfelt message at the top, along with up to six beautifully named flowers below. The first two flowers and names are required, while additional options can be left blank if not needed. Please be mindful that the message line is case sensitive, and avoid using fixed uppercase to ensure readability; all other personalisations will appear in uppercase.
Crafted with care, each slate is hand-cut and features its own unique characteristics, including varying textures and slight imperfections, lending to its rustic charm. A piece of natural string makes it easy to hang, adding a warm touch to any home.
