We only support typical letters and symbols found on an English keyboard, please do not include accented letters, special symbols or emojis.
Many of our personalised products have a feature to preview your design, simply add your personalisation and click the preview button (if applicable).

Standard delivery is charged at £2.95 per order, expedited methods are also available on selected orders, all orders are sent on a tracked delivery service.
Free delivery on all personalised greeting cards and orders over £50.
Non-personalised products are usually dispatched the same working day if ordered before 1pm. Most personalised products are dispatched within 48hrs.

Products that are NOT custom (personalised) or made to order (collectables) can be returned within 30 days of receiving the goods. Personalised and made to order products cannot be returned.
Any product received faulty, damaged or incorrect will be replaced or refunded.

You can install it using one of two simple methods: either connect the solar lamp base to the ground rod and insert it into the earth, or drill two holes in a wall for easy hanging (screws included).
The solar light is easy to operate—just peel off the protective film from the solar panel, press and hold the button for five seconds to turn it on, and enjoy a range of colour and light modes including white, red, green, blue, orange, light blue, purple, flashing, strobe, fading and smooth. No batteries or wires are needed; simply ensure the solar panel is placed in a sunny location for optimal charging.
