Personalisation is free of charge. Please double check your personalisation as how it appears entered will be how it appears on the product, including spelling, spacing and punctuation.

We only support typical letters and symbols found on an English keyboard, please do not include accented letters, special symbols or emojis.

Many of our personalised products have a feature to preview your design, simply add your personalisation and click the preview button (if applicable).

Standard delivery is charged at £3.95 per order, expedited methods are also available on selected orders, all orders are sent on a tracked delivery service.

Free delivery on all personalised greeting cards and orders over £50.

Non-personalised products are usually dispatched the same working day if ordered before 1pm. Most personalised products are dispatched within 48hrs.

Products that are NOT custom (personalised) or made to order (collectables) can be returned within 30 days of receiving the goods. Personalised and made to order products cannot be returned.

Any product received faulty, damaged or incorrect will be replaced or refunded.
