Line 1 – 7 characters
Line 2 – 12 characters
Lines 3, 4 & 5 – 20 characters

The personalisation on line 1 is case sensitive and will appear as entered. Please refrain from using fixed uppercase as this could make the script font difficult to read.
All other personalisation will appear in fixed UPPERCASE

Dimensions – 10cm tall and 5.5cm wide.

Please note: As this is a natural wooden item, each piece is unique and may feature slight variations in grain, texture, and minor imperfections…all part of its natural charm.

Standard delivery is charged at £3.95 per order, expedited methods are also available on selected orders, all orders are sent on a tracked delivery service.

Free delivery on all personalised greeting cards and orders over £50.

Non-personalised products are usually dispatched the same working day if ordered before 1pm. Most personalised products are dispatched within 48hrs.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Weekend orders will be processed Monday. Next day deliveries placed after 1pm Friday will be delivered Tuesday.

Products can be returned within 30 days from the date of receiving your order. Exclusions apply. Please see our returns policy for full terms.

Any product received faulty, damaged or incorrect will be replaced or refunded.
