Please avoid using all uppercase letters, as this may make the text difficult to read.

Please note that each plant pot is crafted from a natural material. This may result in blemishes appearing on the area of personalisation. It may feature small imperfections, all of which add to its own unique character!

Hand wash only is recommended to preserve the design and finish.

Standard delivery is charged at £3.95 per order, expedited methods are also available on selected orders, all orders are sent on a tracked delivery service.

Free delivery on all personalised greeting cards and orders over £50.

Non-personalised products are usually dispatched the same working day if ordered before 1pm. Most personalised products are dispatched within 48hrs.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Weekend orders will be processed Monday. Next day deliveries placed after 1pm Friday will be delivered Tuesday.
