This ceramic mug can be personalised with your own special message. Add up to 15 characters per line on the front (3 lines) and up to 20 characters per line on the back (4 lines). Please note line 3 on the front will be in uppercase. Lines 1 and 2 on the front and the back message are case-sensitive. Avoid using all capitals for readability.

Standard delivery is charged at £3.95 per order, expedited methods are also available on selected orders, all orders are sent on a tracked delivery service.

Free delivery on all personalised greeting cards and orders over £50.

Non-personalised products are usually dispatched the same working day if ordered before 1pm. Most personalised products are dispatched within 48hrs.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Weekend orders will be processed Monday. Next day deliveries placed after 1pm Friday will be delivered Tuesday.
