Personalise the pendant with up to four 15 characters lines. You can also add a personal sentiment to the accompanying card with four lines; 12 characters for the first line and 25 characters for the following three. Note that all personalisation on the pendant will be in uppercase except for the first line, so please avoid using all caps here to ensure readability.

Standard delivery is charged at £3.95 per order, expedited methods are also available on selected orders, all orders are sent on a tracked delivery service.

Non-personalised products are usually dispatched the same working day if ordered before 1pm. Most personalised products are dispatched within 48hrs.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Weekend orders will be processed Monday. Next day deliveries placed after 1pm Friday will be delivered Tuesday.
