What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:

When will I receive my order?
Non personalised items are usually dispatched within 24hrs, Personalised products are dispatched within 1-3 working days and sent via a 48-hour courier service.
Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Estimated delivery dates will be shown at checkout for each delivery method available.
An email will be sent confirming that your order has been dispatched including any relevant tracking.

Do you offer a gift wrap service?
Yes, we offer gift wrap which is charged at £3.99 per product, this service is now available on over 4000 products.
Will an invoice or paperwork be included in the package?
No our parcels do not include paperwork or invoices. This makes them perfect for sending directly as gifts.
Do you offer bulk order discounts?
Yes, Discounts are available for bulk or corporate orders.

I made an error my order, what should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has already entered production or been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.
Personalisation
Can I personalise my item in another language?
At the moment, our system supports English text only.
Can I use special characters or emojis?
Unfortunately not. Special characters, symbols and emojis are not supported, and they will be automatically removed from the personalisation details sent to us.
Please double-check your order confirmation email to ensure everything appears as expected.
I made a mistake in my personalisation, can it be changed?
Contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to help.
However, once an item has entered production, we cannot change or cancel it.
My item arrived with incorrect personalisation, what should I do?
We personalise each item exactly as entered during checkout.
If the personalisation does not match your order confirmation email, please contact us and we will resolve the issue.
We cannot refund or replace items where the mistake was present in the original order.
Image upload guidelines?
Please ensure the photo you upload is high-quality for the best possible result. Avoid using screenshots wherever possible, as these are often lower resolution.
We accept image files up to 20MB in size.
Delivery
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is £3.95 on all UK orders. Free delivery on orders over £50 and personalised greeting cards.
Optional postage upgrades are available at checkout:
- Express Delivery: £5.95
- Next-Day Delivery: £8.95
Do you deliver on public holidays?
We do not deliver on bank holidays.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping.
Can I track my order?
All orders are sent via trackable delivery service. Tracking numbers will be included in your dispatch email and on your order overview in your account.
What delivery service do you use?
The majority of our orders are sent via Royal Mail, but we also use numerous other couriers including UPS, DPD and Evri.
I paid for next-day delivery but haven’t received my order yet?
Next-day delivery applies to orders placed before 1pm (Mon–Fri).
- Orders placed after 1pm are dispatched the next working day.
- Orders placed after 1pm on Friday dispatch the following Monday.
- We deliver Monday to Saturday.
If your order meets the above times and still hasn’t arrived, please get in touch.
I’ve only received part of my order, where is the rest?
If your order contains multiple items, they may be dispatched from different warehouses.
Please contact us and we’ll be happy to check the status for you.
Returns & Refunds
Can I cancel my order?
- Personalised / Custom-Made / Collectible Items:
Cannot be cancelled once in production. - Non-Personalised Items:
Can be cancelled if the order has not yet shipped.
Do you accept returns?
- Personalised / Custom-Made / Collectible Items:
Not eligible for return due to change of mind. - Non-Personalised Items:
Return within 30 days.

My order arrived damaged, what do I do?
If we require the item back, a prepaid return label will be provided.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days with a clear photo.
We will arrange a refund or replacement once assessed.
My parcel has been returned to you, what can I do?
Personalised / Custom Made / Collectable items can not be returned and a redelivery charge of £3.95 will be applied to have this resent out to you.
Non personalised items will be refunded.
How do I start a return?
- Login here using the email address used during purchase.
- Select "Request return" on the applicable order.
- Select the product(s) you want to return.
- Provide reason for the return along with any additional information.
- Select "Request return" to submit your request.
We will then review your request and you will receive a response via email. You can also view the progress of your return in the order details page.
