Packaging was a nice gift box and delivery as expected. Chat with the seller wasn’t needed as I selected no personalisation but I appreciated them double checking. The glass was chunkier than I’d hoped, and it felt a little cheap for what I paid. The silver writing wasn’t as bold as I would have liked either – it was quite dull compared to what I’ve seen elsewhere so I was quite disappointed. My mum still liked it but it wasn’t as nice as I’d hoped.
