Add up to 20 characters to lines one and three on the front (these will appear in uppercase). Line two allows for 12 characters and is case sensitive. The back of the mug offers space for a further four lines of personalised text, each up to 20 characters long and case sensitive.

Standard delivery is charged at £3.95 per order, expedited methods are also available on selected orders, all orders are sent on a tracked delivery service.

Free delivery on all personalised greeting cards and orders over £50.

Non-personalised products are usually dispatched the same working day if ordered before 1pm. Most personalised products are dispatched within 48hrs.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Weekend orders will be processed Monday. Next day deliveries placed after 1pm Friday will be delivered Tuesday.
