The personalisation on line 1 is case sensitive and appear as entered. Please refrain from using fixed upper case on this line as this could make the script font difficult to read.
All other personalisation will appear in fixed UPPERCASE.

Please note, these doormats are designed for INDOOR use only and will last longer if they are protected from the rain.

Standard delivery is charged at £3.95 per order, expedited methods are also available on selected orders, all orders are sent on a tracked delivery service.

Free delivery on all personalised greeting cards and orders over £50.

Non-personalised products are usually dispatched the same working day if ordered before 1pm. Most personalised products are dispatched within 48hrs.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Weekend orders will be processed Monday. Next day deliveries placed after 1pm Friday will be delivered Tuesday.
