Each slate heart is hand-cut, resulting in natural variations in texture, cut, and smoothness. Minor imperfections, such as flaking or uneven edges, are inherent to the nature of slate and add to its character. This makes each personalised memorial robins slate a truly one-of-a-kind keepsake.

Standard delivery is charged at £3.95 per order, expedited methods are also available on selected orders, all orders are sent on a tracked delivery service.

Non-personalised products are usually dispatched the same working day if ordered before 1pm. Most personalised products are dispatched within 48hrs.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Weekend orders will be processed Monday. Next day deliveries placed after 1pm Friday will be delivered Tuesday.
