Each family slate is handcrafted, resulting in natural variations in texture, cut, and smoothness. Minor imperfections, including flaking and uneven corners, are inherent to the nature of slate and add to its unique character. Please note that personalisation will appear exactly as entered, so use uppercase letters where required.

Standard delivery is charged at £3.95 per order, expedited methods are also available on selected orders, all orders are sent on a tracked delivery service.

Free delivery on all personalised greeting cards and orders over £50.

Non-personalised products are usually dispatched the same working day if ordered before 1pm. Most personalised products are dispatched within 48hrs.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Weekend orders will be processed Monday. Next day deliveries placed after 1pm Friday will be delivered Tuesday.
