By visiting giftmoments.co.uk or by placing an order, you confirm that you have read these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by these conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions you must not use this website.
You will be able to access most areas of this website without registering your details with us. Certain areas of this Website are only open to you if you register.
We may amend these terms and conditions at anytime by updating this page. Please regularly check this page to find the latest version of our terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may from time to time be superseded by legal notices posted on other pages of this site. If you do not wish to accept any new conditions you should not continue to use this Website.

Ordering from us
We use our reasonable endeavours to make sure that every product on giftmoments.co.uk is shown accurately and that prices are correct. However, occasionally there may be small variations in colour, typefaces and layout. Gift Moments disclaims all representations and warranties that the content or information on this Website is accurate, complete and up to date.
When placing an order with us we will send you an order acknowledgment by email. This will outline the products you have ordered. Placing an order with us does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Our acceptance will not take place until your order has been despatched. The ‘purchase contract’ therefore takes place between yourself and giftmoments.co.uk at the point of despatch whether or not payment has been taken prior to despatch. If you cancel your order or if we have notified you that we cannot accept your order then no ‘purchase contract’ will have been made.
We may be unable to accept your order if:
– Your chosen goods are not available
– We cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
– If there has been a pricing or product description error
– If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in out terms & conditions
– If your order for personalised products contains content which is threatening defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive,pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory,menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence in breach of privacy or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience
– Due to Licensing Act 2003, we cannot sell alcoholic products to anyone under 18. We may refuse an order or a delivery of alcoholic items at our discretion. By placing an order for alcohol, you confirm that both you and the person the order is set to are aged 18 years or over or if the order is to be delivered outside of the United Kingdom.
Gift Moments pride themselves on a fast service, therefore any products you order which are personalised are sent to production immediately. Please double check your order on screen before confirming your order and your email acknowledgement to ensure all the details are correct. Unfortunately we cannot refund items where the personalisation has been misspelt due to an error made by yourself.
At giftmoments.co.uk you can pay for your goods using PayPal and all major credit and debit cards.
We will deliver the products ordered by you to the address which you have provided as a delivery address during the checkout process. You may send your order to an address different to the billing address if you wish to have your order sent directly to your place of work, a friend orrelative. If any of the details you have given us in your deliver address are incorrect we are not liable for any items. We strongly advise that you use this simple postcode checker to ensure you have the correct postcode and address www.royalmail.com
PLEASE NOTE: The despatch day is the day we SEND the item to you in the post, NOT the day it will be delivered
Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this timescale. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, some offshore Island and some remote areas of Great Britain may not be covered by our normal delivery services and so we may have to contact you to advise you of extra postage charges.
All items are posted by Second Class Royal Mail unless an additional delivery option has been selected at extra cost.
If you do not receive your items please check with your local sorting office even if you have not received a calling card through your letterbox.
In the event we reproduce an item for you and subsequently the original is returned to us as undeliverable by Royal Mail, we reserve the right to charge an administration fee of up to 100% of the price of the reproduced product.
We also reserve the right to wait up to 15 working days from the date of despatch before taking further action regarding an undeliverable item.
Where possible please check your tracking details for information on the location of your parcel.
6.Postage and Package Charges
Deliveryis charged at £2.95 per order for delivery within the United Kingdom. Please see our delivery page for more information on delivery costs.
Amending or cancelling an order
Due to the nature of the products being personalised once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled or amended. Please double check your order on screen before confirming your order.
Returns and Refunds
We always try to ensure that our products are sent out in perfect condition. However sometimes due to situations beyond our control, for example damage in post, your item may arrive in an unsatisfactory state. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item or your item is wrong please contact us at [email protected] as soon aspossible. We will then look into the problem and get back to you with aresponse as soon as possible.
When contacting us please include your Name, Email Address, Postal Address, Order Number, Problem with Fault, Photo of the Fault*
*If a photo is not included we may ask you to provide photographic evidence before processing your claim
Multiple refund requests
If there are persistent claims for refunds from the same individual or group of individuals, we reserve the right not to issue a refund or replace an order. We may refuse to take any future orders from any such customers and will inform them of our decision in writing, via email or over the telephone.

Gift Moments will not sell or disclose any personal data to any third party unless required to do so by law.

Our Customer Service Team has access to this information.
4.Credit Card Transactions
Your card details are not recorded or stored in our database. They are encrypted and transferred securely to our payment service provider for immediate authorisation. Once we have received authorisation from the payment service provider we will confirm your order.
